We help people grow. We teach professionals to guide.

Psychotherapy, counseling, education, and supervision based on the principles of individual psychology and respect for the human story.

At Mansio, we believe that every person has the potential to grow if they receive understanding, support, and a safe space.

We are a team of psychologists and psychotherapists based in Brno, united by a deep respect for human stories and the professional background of Alfred Adler’s individual psychology. Our mission is not only to accompany clients through difficult life situations, but also to pass on our experience to other professionals, educators, and organizations. We have more than twenty years of experience and combine the Adlerian approach with modern knowledge about working with people.

What we offer

Psychotherapy and counseling

We provide support to adults, children, and adolescents. We work with anxiety and stress, relationships, identity, family issues, and parenting difficulties.

Some therapists also provide services in English.

Education and training

We organize professional training courses in individual psychology, counseling and communication skills courses, programs for education, and self-development groups.
Our courses are designed for psychologists, social workers, educators, and team leaders.

Development group for children and teenagers

A supportive development group offers children and teenagers a safe, non-judgmental space to manage stress, fear and anxiety, work with emotions, and practise social skills through experiential activities, relaxation techniques and creative methods, while building confidence and peer connections.

Our team

The quality of Mansia is backed by its people. Therapists and lecturers have university degrees, completed psychotherapy training, and many years of experience in various fields—from education, social services, and crisis intervention to corporate training and working with children and families.

An administrative and marketing team oversees the institute’s operations and course organization.
