A workshop for professionals working with parents offers a way to support parents in developing their parenting skills, how to build the parent-child relationship and how to care for it in all developmental periods.

The theoretical basis of the Five Secrets program is based on the principles of Alfred Adler's individual psychology. The central topics on which the work with parents is focused are: building a sense of belonging in the family and the importance of a supportive approach in education, understanding the four goals of inappropriate behavior in children, family constellations and interactions in the family, working with lifestyle and life tasks.

In the Kim Lee Own workshop, participants will learn how to work with parents both individually and in groups. It also includes a methodology for leading parenting groups dedicated to the development of parenting competences. The methodology for working with parents can be used both with biological and foster families.
